Niki is a passionate educator and yoga instructor with over 17 years of experience in the field of teaching and child development. She holds a degree in Elementary Education with a strong foundation in early childhood development. Throughout her career, Niki has worn many hats—serving as a classroom teacher, camp director, special education preschool teacher, and implementing ABA therapy—always with a heart for helping children grow with confidence and resilience.
Niki is a certified RYT 200 in both Hatha and Power/Vinyasa Yoga and is currently completing her Yin Yoga teacher training. She is also certified in Kids Yoga and has spent over 7 years teaching yoga to children ages 3-16 in a wide range of settings, including studios, gyms, and schools.
Her teaching blends playfulness with purpose, helping children and adults alike build strength, self-awareness, and emotional well-being through movement and breath. Niki’s mission is to create spaces where people—especially kids—can feel good in both their bodies and their minds, while learning tools that support lifelong resilience.
