Winter Series
Designed to support kids’ emotional well-being, focus, and physical health, children will enjoy playful movement, calming breathwork, and mindfulness activities that help them manage stress, build confidence, and feel grounded throughout the school day.
Ideally, students commit to the same day each week to grow alongside a consistent group of peers—building friendships, a sense of community, and trust. Together, they’ll develop yoga and mindfulness skills while also learning to encourage one another, practice kindness, and build leadership through support and shared growth. Spots are limited to keep class sizes small and connected!
