In this yin class you will experience a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for 3–5 minutes to gently stretch deep tissues and joints. Props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets are used to fully support the body, creating a deeply nourishing experience for the body and mind. It’s perfect for unwinding, releasing tension, and creating flexibility in the body.
